This week, the Prince George County Police Department needs your help to solve a shooting into an occupied dwelling.

On January 27, 2005 at 10:36 P.M., an unknown subject discharged a firearm into an occupied residence in the 5000 block of Monroe Dr.

Shortly before the shots were fired, one of the residents of the house received a call from someone with the street name " Slugger" indicating that someone in the residence would die tonight.

The suspect did strike the house several times near the front door.
