This week, the Prince George County Police Department needs your help to solve a strong-arm robbery. On December 23, 2004 at approximately 8:10 PM, a black male robbed an employee of the Shoneys Restaurant on Oaklawn Blvd. The suspect was waiting in the parking lot next to the victim's car. When the victim tried to enter her car, the suspect exited his vehicle, stepped in front of her and demanded money. When the victim stated she didn't have the bank deposit bag, the suspect then ripped her jacket open and began searching her. The suspect then struck her in the face, took her purse and fled the area. The suspect is described as a dark skin black male, approximately 5'10" tall and weighing 160 Lbs. He fled the area in a dark color sport utility vehicle similar to a Ford Explorer.
