This week, the Prince George County Police Department needs your help to locate a suspect wanted in a shooting.

In the early morning hours of January 1,2005 two males subjects engaged in a verbal confrontation at the Pilot Convenience store located on Oaklawn Boulevard here in the county. At the end of the confrontation, Anthony Michael Hale pulled a handgun from his jacket and shot the victim in the foot.

The driver of the get-away vehicle is already in custody, but we need YOUR help to locate the shooter.

This agency holds outstanding warrants on Anthony Michael Hale in connection with this shooting. Hale is a 25-year-old black male, 5'7, 260 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair. His last known address was on New Lincoln Drive in the City of Hopewell.

Mr. Hale has been charged with malicious wounding and brandishing a firearm.
