This week the Prince George County Police Department needs your help to locate David Newby.

Newby was involved in an Armed Robbery that occurred May 25, 2004 at the Comfort Inn on South Crater Road.

Newby is wanted for numerous counts of armed robbery and malicious wounding.

He is a black male, 24 yrs of age, 5 ft. 10 inches tall and 200 lbs.

Newby was last known to be living in Petersburg at the Croatan Apartments.

Also, he is believed to be driving a blue Acura Legend.

Newby discharged a weapon during the robbery and is considered armed and extremely dangerous.
