This week, the Prince George County Police Department needs your help to catch a thief. In the early morning hours of April 15, 2004, an unknown person broke into a shed belonging to the Prince George Parks and Rec Department. After gaining entry thru a rear window, the suspects stole a yellow all terrain utility type vehicle. Police were able to recover several fingerprints from the crime scene. The vehicle was recovered on April 27, 2004 near Rolling Meadows subdivision. The words "BLACK KINGS" were spray painted on the vehicle along with several profanities. Although additional evidence was obtained when the vehicle was recovered, County Police need your help to solve this crime. If you have information on this crime, or any other criminal activity in the Hopewell/Prince George area, give us a call in Hopewell at 541-2202 or in Prince George at 733-2777. As always, you do not need to give your name or testify in court and you may receive a reward of up to $1,000. |
