The Hopewell Police Department needs your assistance with an ongoing homicide investigation. On February 23rd, during the morning hours, police responded to a residence located in the 500 block of East Broadway. Preliminary investigation revealed that the resident, a white male in his mid 50's, was the victim of a homicide. The suspect apparently gained entry by breaking in through a door. Police investigators are still in the process of collecting evidence and conducting interviews regarding this crime. We are requesting your help in order to bring those responsible to justice. If you have information on this crime, or any other criminal activity in the Hopewell/Prince George area, give us a call in Hopewell at 541-2202 or in Prince George at 733-2777. As always, you do not need to give your name or testify in court and you may receive a reward of up to $1,000. |
