This week, the Prince George County Police Department needs your help to catch an armed robbery suspect. On 8/17/2003, at approximately 11:45 p.m. an armed robbery occurred at Shoney's restaurant, located on Oaklawn Blvd. A black male displaying a silver or chrome handgun approached the victim from behind, and demanded that the victim hand over an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect is described as a black male 6'4" approximately 240 pounds wearing dark clothing. If you have any information about this armed robbery or information about any other crime in the Hopewell/Prince George area, call Crime Solvers. In Prince George call 733-2777 or in Hopewell call 541-2202. You could earn up to $1000.00 in cash for any lead that is of value to police. Remember, all calls are confidential; you do not have to leave your name or testify in court. |
